MSBRestore is a Mindful Studio for Bellas in their middle chapter.  We nurture through mindful movement, healing soundscape, and restorative artistry. Rooted in the fruitages of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23), we offer a gentle space to recalibrate and renew.
